It what means actually to make profound changes in your life, you need inspiration or desperation, u can do watever u want it's just start from u, as i said the last time if u wanna change everything start w urself, be the best version of urself, u actually u'll be proud n live a quite n peaceful life, just set what u want yo change and what u want to do
We all know, the time is running and we don't have enough time to do our hobbies, it's not even enough to do our duties, we come home late after a tiring day n doing our homeworks, the housework, cooking or having other important work to do, we don't have time for ourselves, to express ourselves and to just stay in our comfort zone..

HERE WE GO!

We can just do smth, only one thing that will help u a lot, u'll have time for yourself and u'll pass ur day happy and energetic whatever it was tiring, u'll be optimistic the while day and even sleep well just like a cutie baby.. Okay, to be honest i didn't thought there's something like this, but when i try it I actually was another person I SWEAR!

The only effort u'll do is to WAKING UP EARLY, ik a lot of ppl will leave after reading this but naah dont!! Wait and listen!! I feel you actually 

U're a night person, right? So u just like to have the time for urself at night and it's literally the time that u'll be energetic in and positive, u like to practise sport then and do whatever you like
ACTUALLY.. IT'S ME^~^
I thought i can never do it, i was that person who doesn't sleep early, staying up till 3,4 pm n just sleeping later, my friend was telling me for a lot of times to wake up early but in every time i was like no I'm a night person
BUT.. i released, saying I'm night or morning person are just excuses to not do smth we don't want actually, and then i remembered my friend said "YOU HAVE TO SACRIFICE THINGS SOMETIMES" these words were playing in my mind for a long time
AND HERE WE START WITH

The first hour, u can do everything in the first hour, wake up before the time that u used to wake up in with one hour, if u used to wake up at 7am, wake up so at 6am, if u used to wake up at 6am, wake up so at 5am
Just 1 hour difference, u've to fight and to be strong, put the alarm in another room so u'll wake up to turn it off then u'll just wake up, wash ur face w a cold, actually a cold water and drink a warm water, it's good in the morning, have ur breakfast, it's better to stay away from sugars in the morning and eat egg or rice or what u want and the most important is to not and never catch  the phone when u just woke up, never! It'll make brain damage so avoid it
Devide your time: it's only one hour but as i said u can do what u want, it's ur own time
Do a 10 mins meditation
Practise yoga and do some stretching for 20 mins, if you want do a workout, abs, upper body or inner body
Write your day goals and journal, be greatful, u've never journal? It's fine, just write down anything u're thinking abt, idea, feeling or smth u're to do, how thankful you are, for 10 mins
You can also take a paper and write your life goals, what u wanna learn in the future, where u wanna go what u wanna do, and take a look of it every morning, it'll help i swear!
Affirmations: for 10 mins read affirmations every day about self confidence out loud, write ur own affirmation, what u promised to be and what you committed to change your life, actually u'll feel strong!!
Reading:still the last 20 mins, read anything you want, about science, chemistry, plants, the ocean or the space, or even some self development books or novels
U can also imagine, if u have a picture in the wall u can just look at it for a long time and imagine how things maybe be changed

I bought one time the book of "THE MIRACLE MORNING" and actually it's a miracle, I'm so thankful for this, the time i saw it for the first time, i don't regret!
It's by the amazing writer "HAL ELROD"
